Charlie Love Joins The Blackhawk Group as President of the Performance Center Network

PHOENIX, AZ – May 6, 2025 – The Blackhawk Group (“TBG” or “the Company”), a leader in aviation performance and innovation, proudly announces that Charlie Love has joined the organization as President of its Performance Center Network. 

Charlie brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the aviation and aerospace industries, with deep expertise in MRO operations, OEM programs, quality control, component repair, manufacturing, and flight operations.  

Prior to joining The Blackhawk Group, Charlie served in key leadership roles at notable aviation companies, including Director of Business Operations at ACHI and General Manager at Embraer (MRO). A retired member of the United States Coast Guard, Charlie also holds an MBA from Salem University and a BA from Indiana University. 

As President of the Performance Center Network, Charlie will oversee operational strategy, execution, and growth initiatives across the division. He will report directly to CEO Chad Cundiff and play a critical role in positioning The Blackhawk Group as the premier service provider in the light turbine market.
