A couple of updates for you:

STC Approved!
Rockwell Collins Proline 21 powered King Air 350’s

This week, we received STC approval to integrate the Collins Proline 21 systems with the XP67A Engine+ Upgrade. Collins has modified the software in the Proline 21 to demonstrate the new XP67A engine parameters. To be eligible for the Collins Airspace Modernization STC and the XP67A, the following equipment needs to be updated and installed: The PFD screens and the 4000S GPS. It is optional to install ADSB-out, LPV, Synthetic Vision, and IFIS 5000, which all can be upgraded for additional fees.

Garmin G1000 powered King Air 350’s
Blackhawk has installed the G1000 in one of our XP67A-equipped King Air 350’s. We delivered this airplane to Garmin’s headquarters in Kansas where they are conducting functionality checks. Upon completion of those tests, we will begin scheduling installations.

We are excited about this program and are looking forward to working more closely with you now that the avionics hurdles have been addressed.

To secure 2017 pricing and a $100,000 discount, Blackhawk is requesting a refundable deposit by the end of December with the installation scheduled in 2018.
